— Welcome, I'm Zachary Ruff
About me
I was born and raised in Southern California and enjoy surfing, snowboarding, and baseball! I graduated from the California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master in Counseling Psychology. I have completed internships at Didi Hirsch and The Beacon house where I learned strategic interventions to help men and women who struggle with a variety of mental health diagnoses.
My approach is existential, humanistic, and gestalt. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. I hold a supportive, nonjudgmental, caring space so you can fully be yourself.
You already have the capacity within to heal. And yet, healing cannot occur in isolation. Therapy can uncouple this aloneness to make way for deep transformation. If you struggle to feel seen, feel alone, want to work through old belief patterns, or are curious about exploring how you relate to the world and why I encourage you to reach out today.
Therapy sessions are generally 45 minutes long and on a weekly or biweekly basis. The fee per session is $250 and is available both in person and online via video connection. Sliding scale slots are available but limited.
