Therapeutic Approach & Modalities

Ocean Therapy is an experiential, holistic modality that incorporates the natural coastal environment of the South Bay into the therapeutic process. By utilizing the ocean and coastal settings, clients can experience enhanced nervous system regulation, somatic grounding, and a deeper sense of presence and connection during therapy.
A holistic psychotherapist views the individual as an integrated whole—addressing the mind, body, and spirit. Rather than just focusing on symptom reduction, this approach looks at how emotional, physical, and environmental factors intersect to help clients access their innate capacity for healing.
Zach integrates multiple psychological frameworks tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing heavily from Existential, Humanistic, Gestalt, and somatic (body-centered) therapies to help clients process trauma, life transitions, and emotional blocks.
